Balloon Blowing Underwater

I completely what is a seemly impossible task. I blow up Multiple different balloons UNDERWATER. Not only am i holding my breath going deep in the water but I am also waisting all my air by filling up balloons! I sink deep and then give all my air pumping up a balloon.... the balloon of course try to reach up for air making me have to ld and push down on the balloon to hold it under the water while I blow...The balloon explodes after the pressure of being underwater and flats to the top.
